Tell us how you became involved with Grace
Our daughter and her family were members of Grace. I took a job in Indiana in 1993 and after much church shopping, we decided on Grace. It was clearly God's church for us. At the time of joining the staff in February of 2000 I was serving as a Governing Elder and a part of the Men’s Ministry Leadership Team. I came on staff as Senior Director of Development. This role was to focus 50% on stewardship ministry development and was responsible for the creation and development of our Faith and Finances ministry. The other 50% was serving in Outreach and Grace Community Ministries. I have been serving as Pastor of Administration since September of 2003.
What do you do around Grace?
I oversee: Finance & Accounting, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Production. I am also a member of the Management Team, the Executive Team, and the Governing Board.
Tell us about your family
