One of the great things about Grace is that it can be as big or as small as you make it. It may feel intimidating at first, but follow these directions and you’ll find yourself getting connected in no time!
Step 1: Visit the Connecting Hub
The Connecting Hub is located in Town Square, just outside of South Auditorium. We'd love you to come by and say hello. One of the challenges of getting plugged into a church of Grace's size is just being recognized. So come by the Connecting Hub, introduce yourself, fill out a "Connect Card," and take a welcome packet. Once we have your Connect Card, we are able to know that you're attending and you'll start receiving church communications, like our e-mail newsletter.
Step 2: Attend Introducing Grace
Introducing Grace occurs on the first full weekend of every month. It’s a great way to meet new people while learning about who we are as a church, what we believe, and to ask questions. The setting is informal with refreshments provided, and you'll get to meet some of the Grace staff. You are more than welcome to RSVP, but it’s not necessary. Feel free to just drop in and join us. Introducing Grace meets the first full weekend of each month, check the Upcoming Events section to find the next Introducing Grace! We look forward to meeting you
Step 3: Join a Small Group
One of our purposes as a church is to help you and your family develop authentic relationships. The way we do this is through Grace Groups. You can find all sorts of small groups based on your location, age, life-stage, and interests. There are also opportunities for men (Men of Grace) and women (Women of Grace) to connect and grow here at Grace.
Children and students can get involved in small groups through Grace Kids Company, FUSE (Grades 6-8), MERGE (Grades 9-12), and ACCESS (Young Adults Ages 18-25).
To get connected with a small group, be sure to look for an upcoming GroupConnect event or find an open group by visiting the Grace Groups section of the web site.
Step 4: Serve on a Team
There are no shortage of opportunities to serve at Grace.
A core part of who we are as a congregation is to launch people into God's work by providing numerous opportunities to serve both inside and outside the walls of Grace. We do this by working with Strategic Partners and Frontline Ministries.
To find numerous serving opportunities both inside and outside the walls of Grace, check out our Serving Central tool.
Step 5: Attend Next Steps
Not quite sure where you fit in? Want to find out more about opportunities you might be interested in? We offer an excellent program called Next Steps just for you! Next Steps is a one-day experience that will connect you with people who are interested in helping you find your best fit at Grace.
During Next Steps, you'll enjoy discussions with men and women who share their stories with one another, explore your personal styles, passions, spiritual gifts, and have an opportunity to personally meet with leaders of ministries and volunteer teams at Grace.
Be sure to keep an eye out for the next upcoming Next Steps Experience and the opportunity to register. If you have any questions, you can e-mail Brenda Roelfs at .
